Do you have an idea?
The Process
People come to us with an idea/problem; there are a number of steps we can help them with.
- Determine the design intent.
- Begin developing possible solutions in 3D space. (Includes hand sketches, verbal/written descriptions, simple CAD models, and can ultimately include engineering drawings.)
- Prototype the idea.
- Provide the means for testing or validation. (Life-cycle testing, safety, ease of user use, and so on.)
- Design for marketability. Determine costs for various levels of manufacturing. Determine sustainability and forecast cash flow to support further levels of tooling.
- Design and build the first level of tooling.
- Decisions about manufacture in-house or other production facilities.
